Professional Bio

Sara M. Adams

Sara is a bilingual, versatile, experienced educator with more than 15 years' experience teaching French language and sciences, Yoga, Art and Dance, among other courses. She is passionate about helping people and life-long learning. In addition to teaching adolescents and adults alike, Sara also freelances as a  content creator and arts and mindfulness facilitator/coach and consultant. Sara enjoys advocating for dance and arts integration for all ages and abilities, particularly in public schools. She frequently offers professional development sessions for educators. In addition to a passion for dance, Sara has a passion for health and wellness, particularly using the arts as a form of expression and therapy. Sara is currently studying Expressive Arts Therapy through Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Sara resides in Middleton, NS with her husband and two children.
